Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026.

LLE CORE INC., an Ontario corporation, operates llecore.com and The Trilogy creator community. This policy explains the personal information we handle when you visit the site, join the community, contact us or use its features. A ticket seller or another site you visit from a LLE Core link has its own privacy practices.

Information we handle and why

We handle the information needed to provide the features you use:

Your website account, community profile and contact record may be connected so we can administer your membership. Required fields are identified when you provide them. Optional profile information is your choice. Please avoid posting another person’s personal information without an appropriate basis.

Who can see community information

The Trilogy is intended for signed-in members. Within the community, a profile, Space or feature can have its own audience. Check the audience shown before sharing. Other people with access may copy what they can see and share it elsewhere. A direct message is intended for its participants, but authorized site personnel or service providers may need technical access for support, safety, security or legal reasons. Do not put passwords, payment-card details or highly sensitive information in community messages.

Membership and email choices

The initial Join form is for membership, not promotional or event-news signup. Creating an account or accepting the Terms is not permission to send you marketing. If we offer promotional email later, we will ask separately and provide a way to unsubscribe. We may send account, security or other necessary service messages where appropriate. You can also contact us about a communication choice.

Tickets and outside websites

Some Get tickets links take you to an outside ticket site. The link may include a referral identifier. The ticket site handles information you give it for the purchase under its own privacy notice. It may provide us with referral or sales reporting, depending on its arrangements. Check the seller’s notice before paying. LLE Core’s current Trilogy Join form is not a ticket checkout.

Service providers and disclosures

We use providers to run and protect the service. Depending on the feature, this can include Hostinger for hosting, backups and business email; Cloudflare Turnstile for signup bot checks; Brevo for website email delivery when enabled; FluentSocket for instant chat delivery; Gravatar for default avatar requests; and private recovery copies stored in Google Drive. These services may receive the information needed for their specific function, including relevant technical data. Authorized personnel and support providers may also access information as needed for administration, support or security.

We may share information when required by law or when a lawful, proportionate response to fraud, security or a serious safety issue requires it. If the business changes hands, any transfer of personal information must follow applicable privacy requirements.

For the initial launch, we do not intend to put member, signup or ticket-buyer personal information into AI tools. A new AI use involving that information would require a separate explanation and any required permission before it begins.

Cookies and outside content

The site uses cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings and protect the service. Disabling storage needed for login or security may prevent a feature from working. Outside media, avatar or ticket services can receive connection information when your browser contacts them and may apply their own practices.

If we use optional analytics or marketing technology that needs your choice, we will present that choice before the optional technology starts and provide a way to change it.

Processing outside Canada

Some providers may process information outside Canada. Information handled there can be subject to the laws of that country. We remain responsible for information under our control and assess appropriate provider protections. Contact us if you want to know more about the providers relevant to your information.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information while it is needed for the purpose collected and for any applicable legal, safety, security or dispute-related reason. An account or post may remain until you remove it or ask us to close the account, subject to justified exceptions. Records of communication choices may need to be kept so we can honour them. Backup copies can expire on a different schedule from active records. We delete information or make it no longer identifiable when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

You can ask us about the retention period or deletion process that applies to a particular record. Closing an account does not necessarily erase a copy already obtained by another member or a separate ticket seller.

Your requests and concerns

Write to contact@llecore.com to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, information about its use or disclosure, or to raise a privacy concern. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity; do not send a password or unnecessary identity documents. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limit or extension. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the privacy authority where you live.

Security, eligibility and changes

We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and limit access according to operational needs. No online service can guarantee complete security. Report a security concern to contact@llecore.com.

The Trilogy’s first membership launch is for people 18 or older who live in Canada, including residents traveling at signup. The Join form asks for declarations of both conditions; it does not independently verify them. Tell us if you believe an underage or ineligible account was created so we can review it.

We will show an effective date when this policy is published or changed and give appropriate notice of material changes. Where a new use requires fresh consent, we will request it first.
