Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 17, 2026.

LLE Core is operated by LLE CORE INC., an Ontario corporation. These terms apply to your LLE Core account and use of The Trilogy, our creator community at llecore.com. Joining The Trilogy is free. An event, purchase or other service may have additional terms shown before you agree to it.

Please read these terms before joining. If you do not agree, do not create an account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these terms does not, by itself, sign you up for promotional email.

Eligibility and your account

For the first Trilogy membership launch, you must be at least 18 years old and live in Canada. You may join while traveling if you live in Canada. The Join form asks you to confirm both facts; those declarations are not independent proof of age or residence.

Provide accurate account information, keep your email current and protect your password. You may use an artist or creator name where the service allows it, but you must not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation. Tell us at contact@llecore.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not bypass an account restriction, verification step or another member’s boundaries.

Taking part in The Trilogy

The Trilogy is for connecting, sharing work, collaborating and learning. Membership does not guarantee bookings, employment, funding, sales, exposure or a particular result.

Do not threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate against or exploit others; publish unlawful or non-consensual intimate content; expose another person’s private information without authority; impersonate others; mislead members about an opportunity; infringe someone else’s rights; send spam or unwanted promotions; harvest member information; or attack or misuse the service. Follow the rules shown for a particular Space. If you promote something or have a material commercial relationship, make that clear to the people you reach.

Content you share

You keep the rights you hold in work you post. Make sure you have permission to share it, including any music, recordings, artwork, images and other people’s personal information.

You give LLE Core a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, back up, technically format and display content you share, and to make it available to the audience you selected through the service. We may let service providers perform those tasks for us. This permission is limited to operating and securing the features through which you shared the content; it does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising or general AI-model training.

When you remove content, this permission ends except where a copy is reasonably needed for backups, legal obligations, an existing dispute or security records. Copies another member obtained may remain outside our control. Personal information is also handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Audiences and other members

The Trilogy is designed as a signed-in community, with Spaces and features that can have different audiences. Check the audience shown before you post or send information. A person who can view your content may copy or share it elsewhere. Do not put passwords, payment-card details or highly sensitive information in a post or direct message.

Other members act for themselves unless we clearly identify them as acting for LLE Core. A profile or listing is not a guarantee of identity, qualifications or reliability. Agree directly on the scope, payment, rights and responsibilities of any collaboration.

Reports and moderation

You can report a concern through contact@llecore.com or the Help & safety page. Include the relevant profile or link, approximate date and a short description; do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents. You can also use Block User where the community shows that control.

We may review a concern and remove content or restrict an account where reasonably necessary for safety, these terms, legal requirements, fraud or security. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve a warning, temporary restriction or closure. Where appropriate, we will explain a decision and provide a way to ask for review. We may act without advance notice when delay could create harm or undermine security.

Events and tickets

An event listing or community post is not itself a ticket-purchase agreement. A Get tickets link may take you to another website. Before paying there, check who is selling the ticket, the total price and fees, what the ticket includes, entry requirements, and the seller’s cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms. Contact the seller or its stated support channel about a purchase problem. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

Availability, changes and leaving

We aim to keep the service useful, but maintenance, interruptions and errors can happen. Features may change as the platform develops. Keep your own copies of work you need to preserve. Nothing in these terms removes a duty, warranty or remedy that law does not allow us to exclude.

You may stop using The Trilogy and request account closure at contact@llecore.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from the account holder. Closing a community account does not automatically cancel a separate ticket order. Some information may need to be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We will identify the effective date of revised terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where a change requires a new agreement, we will ask for it. A revision will not retroactively remove rights related to an existing dispute.
